Our return policy
The products sold on this website are consumables and items for personal and private use. In order to protect the interests of you and other consumers, we will not be able to return or exchange purchased toys and products except for obvious defects. Please read the relevant text introduction carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions, please contact us in a timely manner, and we will be happy to serve you. If you have any questions about the quality or usage of the product, please contact our customer service directly for answers.
What if there are obvious defects in the item?
If any items with obvious defects are found within 7 days after purchase, such as obvious cracks, no response, or inability to vibrate, please take photos or videos in a timely manner and send them to us. We will verify with the manufacturer, and if it is confirmed to be a product defect, we will return or exchange it. To meet the return and exchange conditions, your item must include all original items, parts, and packaging. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Due to personal reasons of the buyer, we are unable to process returns or exchanges.
Please contact us through customer service WeChat. As the items sold are confidential, all returns will be destroyed and will not be repackaged for resale. We will complete the return process through the following steps.
